Visitation Rights For Fathers That Pay & are Current in Child support Payment

I want men and women to sign my petition because their are to many fathers like me that pay child support every month and don't get to see or spend time with their kids and can't afford to pay a lawer 1,500 to look @ your case and that's why I'm doing this petition in hopes to one day get a law passed that will grant all fathers that are current in support payments will automatic visitation rights to their children unless otherwise prevented by a court of law{ FATHERS UNITE AS ONE}
