Repeal AUMF or reinstate the draft

The Pentagon said that the "War on Terror" could last 10-20 more years. Our current volunteer forces are stretched to the limit and the National Guard and Reserves are required to do standard tours of duty instead of being held in reserve. 

Congress needs to either repeal the Authorization for Use of Military Force issued after 9/11 or reinstate the Draft...with NO DEFERMENTS... only Consciencious Objections for religious reasons. 

Also, all supply and servicing MUST be done in-house by the Military, NOT contractors.
