Parental Rights Reform In Ohio

I'd like to have some legislation entered on parental rights reform. And work on getting the rights of alienated parents. And have the family courts system examined and reevaluated if found corrupt or bias. My goal is to have a balance or equality based assessment of the entire family courts structure and enforcement of fairness and equality. There are mothers and fathers out there who don't have access to there children even when the courts have enabled them to be. Thank you for your participation.
