Petition to legalize the Nissan Skyline

Over the past decade, the United States Government has seized countless Nissan Skylines (R32, R33, and R34) and has prevented all but a small range of models from becoming street legal. The amount of tax dollars that have been spent on preventing something that should not be their concern has been simply outrageous. If safety is an issue for them, then the same money that they invest in preventing these cars from hitting the streets,  should be used to fund safer driving programs.
