Stop Animal Abandonment

Animals are defenseless. They can not speak to us and let us know that they are hurt and afraid. Many animals are being abandoned by owners and people who are supposed to love them.  How is this right? I know someone who was going to abandon her cat over new furniture. Instead of getting the animal declawed she was planning to put this cat in a shelter where it had lived before coming to her. Nothing like this lame excuse of wanting furniture should demand us as a society to turn away our pets to such conditions. We must also hold graditude for shelter people who save our animals from being stray. Without them our animals would be left with nothing so thankyou to our shelters for their hard work in preserving our animals lives. Lets give animals rights to.
