Be a little nicer to your veteran customers and their spouses
Everyone who is tired of their nasty practices of collecting a debt. Everyone who almost or did lose their home and are being harassed by them. Everyone who lost their job and cannot afford to make the minimum payment and are made to feel like sh?# because of it. Navy Federal we fought to protect your employees and this country and you are harassing, belittling, and barraging us and our families with threatening phone calls. We are your customers not your enemy.
Where are your ethics and morals? There are so many unhappy customers with your collections department. Do you really think all of us do not want to pay? Could it be MAYBE that the economy is bad and we lost our job or worse our homes, nah were all just losers who don't pay our bills right? Not true, we know that we used our credit card, but not with the intent to not pay it back.
