Boxing Commission's New Rules

          This petition was made with one purpose, and one purpose only. Its to bring a fair ground for all pro athletes. I would like to take the seat as the Head of sport's Drug Screening for the Boxing Commission. I would like to bring a new light to the sport of Boxing, not only that of Boxing, but to all sports in general. If given the opportunity, I will to the best of my ability to enforce the rules that I will under oath, swear in to.
In Boxing and other sports there is a growing problem!!! The problem is that,  Drug Screening in today's sport's are good, but not good enough! Where as one who was using illegal enhancement drugs in cycles, can avoid being detected... I will make random Drug Screening Mandatory for all Professional athletes(Boxing, NBA, NFL, etc).
           There is another issue I would like to address in The Sport of Boxing. Unlike other sports where the best meet the best and there is only one victor. Boxer's have the habit of only Boxing the contenders they choose.  Cherry picking if you will. Were as they(Boxer's) should be continuously fighting the #1,#2,#3,#4,and #5  pound for pound contenders in the world.  Where bouts will take place 4 to 5 months continuously, unless injury where the bout would not change. The bout will simply be dated for another time.  If the Boxer does not agree to these Rules it will fault in a forfeit of Belt Status and Champion Status! Boxer's will have bouts to determine Champion Status In the event of forfeit .This is what my Main Goals are, to bring to the sports world.
