BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill compensation agreement not enough

BP has agreed to pay nearly £5bn ($7.8bn) in compensation to the largest group of plaintiffs to settle the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill of 2010. This is not enough. BP is enormously rich and they should be paying compensation in proportion to their enormous wealth.
