CASH FOR TRASH! Help save the Environment!

Recycle your trash and get reimbursed! I have submitted a project to AmEx in hopes to motivate people to recycle 100% which will clean up many of our landfills and save our environment in many ways. Each person who recycles will get reimbursed for their trash. Money you can use towards necessities such as gas, groceries, medicine, etc. I'm asking Amex to fund my project but I need help!
