ABOUT THE INITIATIVE...
Over the last few years, Cebu Pacific has received growing attention on the internet from complaining customers. Several blogs, social media groups, forums, etc. have shown high awareness on Cebu Pacific's ability to provide satisfying service and communication. As a consequence of this, initiatives such as 'Let's make Cebu Pacific better!' evolved. 'Let's make Cebu Pacific better!' is a so called 'alternative user-driven customer service' collecting experiences and ideas for the Philippine flight company. It is based on a open-space Wiki platform and has the purpose of trying to collect feedback for Cebu Pacific in a constructive manner, though also telling the sad stories of unsatisfied customers.

'Let's make Cebu Pacfic better!' has got 3 clear goals:

1. To make Cebu Pacific a better company.
2. To be officially answered by Cebu Pacific.
3. To have the site ranked as a top 10 search result on keyword 'Cebu Pacific' on Google.

HOW TO SIGN THE PETITION:
- You can sign the petition if you have used Cebu Pacific Air in the past and have suffered in any way from their bad service or have had unanswered complaints and claims.
- You can sign the petition regardless of where in the world you are! This claim is global.
- Input all your details. Name and contact information are essential if you want to be answered.
- If you are claiming a specific amount of money from Cebu Pacific Air, please type in the amount where indicated.
- In the "comments" section, please cut and paste your story with Cebu Pacific Air. MAKE SURE to keep a copy for your records (for example, type your story in a Word document, and then cut and paste the story in the comments section).

We know that you are a company only trying to provide the best service and experiences and that there can be difficult challenges involved with carrying out that task. However, we still need to express our dissatisfaction with your service and require you to answer our concerns which, so far, remain unanswered.

We also know that 'Rome wasn't built in a day'. To start off with, we suggest you make an official statement that can be posted to the public via 'Let's make Cebu Pacific better!'. This would be a first step in the right direction. You may contact site administrators for this.

Secondly, we want you to take into consideration the individual cases highlighted in this petition in regards to unanswered complaints, missing refunds and other matters in order to help resolving some of these issues.

It is about time that you take action and meet your customers.
