CHANGING RENTAL HOUSING POLICIES

The reason for this petition is because for low family income that are working and live in the housing we are evaluated on the amount of gross income we take home,  and that;s not right.We should be evaluated for our monthly rents on the net income,  then we;d be able to support our families and manage.The systeme is pushing the working families to quit working and to go on WELFARE cause after the taxes off our payes, and what they calculated were poor and can;t work .SO WE NEED TO CHANGE THESE LAWS LET;S GET TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP
