giving kids one on one in schools and smaller classrooms

some school across the states are lacking on children education. that some kids and teen are left behind or thier not getting the help they need in the schools. some teachers in some states have to take more college classes to help teach kids because they had poor education. And some kids have needs and need one on one but a lot of classroom should have well educated people helpers unstead of the half ass learning.And smaller classroom have made inprovements on kids learning.less tolorance and less bad behavior. to give childern nd teens real education will help them to do better in life in thier careers and so on but the only way this can be reach is to sign this petition so please understand thank you for your time.
