Now it's Time for Clear Channel to Listen

Clear Channel, St. Louis, MO, General Manager is Dennis Lamme Dennislamme@clearchannel.com 314-333-8000 (lets get his attention)

Attention Clear Channel

It has been said that Clear Channel Communications listens to the voice of its audience. Well we, the undersigned, are listeners of Majic 104.9 in Saint Louis, MO are asking you to heed our concern and request.
Recently an announcement was made that a valued award winning morning radio show (Tony Scott and the Breakfast Crew featuring Tony Scott, Tammie Holland and Arika Parr Jr.) would be moved to afternoons 2pm-6pm and The Steve Harvey Morning Show would be replacing their time slot.

As listeners we believe that by moving the Breakfast Crew to an afternoon slot, you will do a great disservice to not only the community of listeners but to the Station itself as well as current and potential advertisers.
This show is not just entertainment, but it is also a vast source of information to the listening community. Our patronage is directly related to this morning show being that we, the listeners not only, have business interests but a pseudo-emotional connection with the DJs of The Breakfast Crew. This forms a loyalty to Majic 104.9 that a radio show like "Steve Harvey" can not and will not generate.

Moving The Breakfast Crew will also have a direct affect on our patronage of advertisers, which the majority of listeners will not and would not patronize due to most listeners can only listen to the Radio before leaving for work and or during their morning commute. The afore mentioned connection with Tony Scott and the Breakfast Crew has a direct and positive affect on who we as listeners choose to patronize.
We the listeners strongly feel that moving the Breakfast Crew is essentially telling us that the show is of no value in its time slot (as we reiterate this is an AWARD WINNING Show) and that it is one step closer to terminating this Show.
The Breakfast Crew has countless loyal listeners local and global (via the internet) who would probably not even listen to Majic 104.9 were it not for the Breakfast Crew.

As stated before, we believe Clear Channel Communications does indeed listen to the voice of its audience, and we want to make our voice heard.

This online petition will be forwarded to all the appropriate Clear Channel Communications Management team.
