National Truck Driver Remembrance Day
Let's show congress and the president that this is a serious matter. I am not asking that this becomes a Federal holiday, but I am asking that the drivers who lost their lives get the recognition that they deserve. I would like for this to become a public holiday. Please help me make this a reality!
We the undersigned would first like to thank you for taking the time to read this. This is a hope that we would like to see become a reality. We would like to to make National Truck Driver Remembrance Day a public holiday. Every year hundreds of truck drivers die while on the job bringing us the things that we need everyday. Truck drivers are the backbone of America and for far too long have been ignored. We believe that the time has come to change that. So please, help us remember those that we lost.
