No rent or Lower Rent to the month of December 2011

We have lived here at Miami River Park with no light or water since November 10,2011. The water was just recent shut back on Saturday 11/12/11 (with only cold water). We can throw alway food, bath in cold water, sent money living in hotels, missed days from work, and had serveral sleepness nights.
