Please upgrade David Heise's Charges

Please sign this petition to make Tom Spota upgrade David Heise's charges.

On April 10th at 11:22 PM David Heise, 28 years old from Selden, slammed into a BMW and Killed Eugene Franjola 17 Years old and left his passanger Stephen Massina, 16 years old in critical condition. On April 20th Stephen Massina died following a crash that took place on April 10th.

David Heise, was arrested after police say he was driving with a revoked license. David's license was supsended because he received three misdemeanor speeding tickets within a 18 month period. He is being charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third-degree (misdemeanor.) A crime punishable by up to 30 days in jail.

On 8-10-10 David Heise was arrested again for possession of drugs. He was accused of having a hypodermic needle, a wrapped "brick" (about 100 bags) of heroin hidden in his underwear and 53 pills believed to be a tranquilizer Diazepam which he did not have a prescription for.

Please sign this petition and make Tom Spota upgrade charges against David Heise who drove his truck knowing that his privilege of operating a motor vehicle in this state issued by the comminssioner was revoked and killed two teenagers.
