Protect America's Wildest Grassland

New Mexico's Otero Mesa is the largest and wildest Chihuahuan Desert grassland left on public lands in THIS country.
Otero Mesa is home to 1000 wildlife species,including the state's only genetically pure herd of pronghorn antelope.
BLM wants to open Otero Mesa to oil and gas drilling.
We CANNOT let this happen.
We the undersigned would like you to permanently protect the Otero Mesa from oil and gas drilling.This pristine wilderness needs to be preserved for generations to come,so that they may see what a beautiful place this is and if you don't protect this grassland we may NEVER see something as beautiful as this again.Thank you for taking the time to look upon this beautiful place.
