remove black poodle from softball in lakeville mn

hi  i am doug and im 39years old and have been bitten  by this dog and had to fill out a police report on this dog and had to go to the apple valley medical center to get chaetout i all so have a incident report and have all this to show for it and this dog has barked and growled AND bitten a little kide in lakeville mn last year at aronson park so far and behaving uncharacteristically of any companion animal and  we feel that this dog should  be prohibited from being at any park in lakeville mn or taken away and givin a new home so that all people can fell safe becuse the owner cant conterol the dog...please help
