Update City of Newnan's Animal Control Ordinance

This petition is to serve as an update to the existing ordinance enacted by the City of Newnan, Georgia, pertaining to ONLY the retstaint of dogs within the city limits.  The petition is to add restrictions to the allowance of cats running free within the city limits.
