John McCain mentioned Joe the Plumber, aka Joe Wurzelbacher, the undecided Ohio voter who confronted Barack Obama over his tax proposal, at least 20 times in the final presidential debate.
But just who is Joe the Plumber? For starters: he's
not a licensed plumber. He
owes back taxes. He is a
registered Republican, and he is quite possibly a
close relative of Charles Keating of the now infamous Keating Five.
