Xaviers Rainbow
On June 30th 2007 Xavier Findlator aged 20 fell from the railings of North Bridge into the River Hull. Sadly the strong currents pulled him under and he drowned. For those who did not know Xavier or Eggy as he was known by many, he was a very talented young man. He brought a smile to all who knew him. He was and always will be a true star. With many deaths there is always a 'What if'. What if there had been rubber rings there? What if the railings were higher? It is very tragic to have lost such a wonderful person so young. This petition is to stop the same from happening to any one else. So please family, friends and strangers sign this petition for a safer Hull. In the long run i hope for higher bridge railings and fences along the river hull. But short term rubber rings would be a great start. Thank you for your time.

Higher railings, rubber rings and fences along the river Hull could make such a difference to thousands of people.
