I think that this would be a bad idea especially in the winter. Where would the plows put the snow going up N. Union st.? Ifyou have that median in the middle how would they go up the center to pick up the build up of snow? I think it would also be harder to back in to parking places. I think you will end up losing people going up town. They will take alternet rts.
