Hilariously, Donald Trump's lawyers failed to ask for a jury trial in his $250 million fraud case, meaning Justice Arthur Engoron himself will make the final decision on how much Trump has to pay.
This wouldn't be a huge issue if it weren't for the fact that Donald Trump himself has been relentlessly trashing and insulting Justice Engoron, in an extremely ill-advised but inevitable attempt to intimidate and bully his way out of his legal troubles.
