Unfair Firing

My name is Tiffany Smith and I was hired to work at Grandson's Buffet. I worked on Monday November 20th which was the grand opening. We did not have any training and we were told that was the day to work out the kinks. I had 7 tables consistently throughout the night and did exceptionally well. I even had guest tell the manager how great the service was. After that shift I was taken off of the schedule without being given any reason at all. I came in to speak to a manger and the front of the house manager said "I didn't know we hired the manger from Golden Corral's wife!" I was puzzled as to what this had to do with me. A former trainee who had been fired from Golden Corral was now the manger at Grandson's. After being given the run around for days I finally talked to the General Manager Gee and he stated that after talking to Monty, the ex employer from Golden Corral, they decided that I was not pulling my weight. Mind you I worked ONE shift, the opening shift. I was fired and no one contacted me and I was also fired for no reason. Because this manager has a personal problem with my husband I was fired. I am creating this petition because I have a 5 year old son and now am unemployed after doing an excellent job. Help me get this out and get justice.
