End Sunrise Permit to Haleakala Summit

Why should the government regulate the ability of citizens to view a sunrise? It is overbearing and government overreaching its authority. There is no reason to regulate access to view the sun rise. Clearly it is just a money making scheme. Forcing people who visit from far away to buy tours run by companies who planned ahead and capture all the reservations. If it is a safety issues or access issues, why make it available right after the sunrise. Clearly forcing people to buy services that doesn’t need to exist.
