Have Arnold Schwarzenegger portray Frollo in the live-action Hunchback of Notre Dame remake

The Hunchback of Notre Dame was one of my favorite Disney movies and if there was going to be a live-action remake, I was hoping that Arnold Schwarzenegger has the role of Judge Claude Frollo because I believe he'd be a good fit.
