'Security Guards' In WA Need To Get Their Act Together

They say that it is fine to hit and hurt children just as long as it is not above the waist.Of course they try to word it different to make it seem acceptable.They call what they are doing 'The Law' and claim they are following it and they will be breaking it if they do what is right.
They will refuse to question the parent/s even if the offense is above the waist when they've seen nothing.
