Where is the last child murderer that was released back in to society?

Jareds Law is in honor of 6 year Jared Klein who was murdered in a cruel and vicious manner. Even though this murder was so malicious, he was spared the death penalty. This is petition is to make sure that child killers or child abusers get the maximum sentence available in their state - Death Penalty or Life WITHOUT parole.  We need to stop releasing these "people" back into society.

If a criminal robs a store and murders someone during the crime they are automatically eligible for death, however someone who vindictively tortures and abuses children on a continual basis are not! Where is the Justice?
