COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS —Thomas Cobb has named some of his beloved snakes after Disney characters, one of them called Snow White. This is Cobb's childhood dream and he gets choked up talking about it."Thinking that someone wants to take my animals away," Cobb said.It tears his heart out to know that he has to get rid of some of them."It's like taking the lollipop from your kid's hand," Cobb said.
Please help our fellow herper keep his beloved reptiles. There is no difference as to what pets you are allowed to keep and this guy really loves them. What is happening to Thomas can happen to each and everyone of us so we need to stand united and show that we will fight for our rights to own these wonderful reptiles.
Dear Governor,
Please consider amending the law which is discriminatory and denies a reptile hobbyist from enjoying that which to others is defended by law. Why should we be treated any differently when these reptiles are non venomous and no threat to anybody. Please show that you respect your citizens one and all.Certain people using arguments like lessening of property value is materialistic and does not show the true spirit of a human being loving his pet animals.
