Employers should be responsible for destroying an employees life!!

I was working For Rachel Whetstone and Steve Hilton as their housekeeper and they fired me when I told them I got hurt there. I ended up with a spinal cord injury that has affected my whole life. I want them to have to pay for this. As of now all the have to give is workers compensation. That doesnt help me in the long run with all the medical issues and help I will need in the future. II can bec9me paralyzed or die. I feel they should be responsible!
