footpath needed in Gainsborough castlewood school

At the bottom of the field next to castlewood school there is no footpath we have to walk all the way around due to uneven ground mud and dog mess no lighting either.It is very dirty and muddy and our children are getting dirty before they even start their day in school.Walking to school for the first years should be an enjoyable experience looking around your environment how can this happen when your dodging dog mess and mud,this is just not working out for parents with prams etc as they are getting stuck.The path outside castlewood school stops after the gate for the first year pupils why? it needs to be carried on down and though to the end of the field where the big gate is located.It is not safe either way to walk through or up to the sports centre as there is a busy car park and when you have 4 and 5 year olds it's a risk many thanks
