Ending the caregivers nightmare!! PAY!!!

My concern is the care of our consumers. The rates that are presented to the caregivers is awful. The pay rate of the state doesnt allow the agencies to pay a reasonable rate. Because of that the aides have an attitude of "you get what you pay for" Wr nerd help. We need a petition!!
