A Cleaner Las Vegas

Las Vegas is 20 years behind on environmental policies, and recycling is no exception. Many apartments and lower-income neighbourhoods do not have access to curbside recycling, and the ones that do often have to pay to make our planet better. This is not only counter-intuitive, but it's a loss of useable materials that are sent to the landfills, which damage the environment. Everyone deserves access to recycling, so we should make it mandatory for all neighbourhoods in Las Vegas to have at least some form of recycling.
