Demand that medical records of people with incurable sexually transmitted diseases be made public!

Too many people with incurable sexually transmitted diseases are having sex with multiple partners without informing their partners about their incurable disease. People have a right to know who they are sleeping with, and we can't always count on our sexual partners to inform us of their sexually transmitted disease(s). We have a right to say whether or not we will engage in sexual intercourse with the infected person after being told of their STD. Having an STD is embarrassing, but shouldn't we be able to prevent ourselves from contracting an STD and becoming embarrassed as well. If we could do a background check on our partners sexual history before having sex, maybe the spread of sexually transmitted diseases will subside.
