A picture speaks a thousand words

A picture speaks a thousand words. Something has gone very wrong with humanity. 

We ask that such acts (and all cruelty) are given heavy penalties in your country.

We also ask that education programmes and campaigns are rolled out, to instil a sense of responsibility and to teach people to "develop a conscience" - following the excellant example of the Thai Government, who themselves recently planned to undertake this work.

We also ask UNESCO – United Nations Education Science Culture – to create links to member state education depts, such as Thailand, and China (also with regard to the issue in this petition) to create a shared policy for education, as stated:

"To instil a sense of social responsibility and to teach people to develop a conscience, in particular with regard to sentient beings"
