Animal slaughtering has become a major problem in India. Cow is considered to be a scared animal in the hindu religion, still it is killed brutally. Strict actions should be taken against the killers so that they are afraid of commiting such a crime.
Animals too have a heart and a soul, so why to give such an inhuman treatment to them! They can't speak, that doesn't mean humans can do whatever they want. Punishment for animal slaughtering should be the same as that for killing of humans.
For years, industry officials have been promising reforms that could prevent much of this suffering, yet most are not enforced. Now its time to take the necessary steps!
