Stop Syndicating Realtor's Listings to Third Party Sites

We as members of SABOR hereby request that our listings stop being syndicated out to third party sites, including, but not limited to, Trulia and Zillow. 

These third party real estate websites are being supplied with the product of our work, our listings.  They then take the leads generated off our listings and sell them back to any real estate agent willing to pay for business, making a profit from the efforts of hardworking local agents.  They also continuously provide our clients with delayed, inaccurate data.

We as members should be able to stop these companies from profiting off our work and our listings.
