For a child with learning disability

My son is in a main stream school and has been there for 2 years now 2 years befor that he was send to a speech class for 2 years four days a week I have been fighting for near 6 years to get my son move to a special needs school but the education borad are fighting against me I need help am at a lost end my son has learned probably and as adhd he needs to be move to a school we’re the school will have time for him and will him with everything he needs
