We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, urgently petition for an immediate, emergency presidential election to be held without the participation of the Democratic and Republican Parties. - Following Biden’s withdrawal, Vice President Kamala Harris was unilaterally declared the Democratic candidate with no new primaries or voter input, denying the American people their right to choose a leader through a fair electoral process.
- The current situation has allowed the so-called "orange clown"—a candidate with documented mental health issues—to secure the presidency for a second term, largely due to misinformation and media manipulation.
- The current President, often referred to as the "orange clown," has engaged in questionable and illegal activities, including receiving a private airplane from Saudi Arabia, raising serious concerns about foreign influence and national security.
- The dominance of the two-party system—Democrats and Republicans—has led to gridlock, corruption, and a failure to serve the American people's best interests.
**Our Proposal:**
- Conduct an immediate, non-partisan emergency presidential election featuring only Green Party, Libertarian Party, and Independent candidates:

- **Green Party Candidates:** Jill Stein, Jorge Zavala, and Jasmine Sherman
- **Independent Candidates:** Cornel West and Claudia De la Cruz
- No new Democratic primaries will be held; instead, the American people will have the opportunity to select their preferred candidate from this diverse and genuine list of alternatives.
- Any of these candidates should be eligible to serve as President, representing the true will of the American people beyond the corrupt duopoly and restoring faith in our electoral process.
**Why This Is Necessary:**
- To remove the current leadership, which many see as a threat to democracy, human rights, and national security.
- To end misinformation, media manipulation, and partisan gridlock that have destabilized the nation.
- To restore integrity, accountability, and responsible governance at the highest levels.

- Investigate and halt illegal foreign influence and bribery, including the questionable transfer of a Saudi Arabian airplane.

- Replenish vital social programs like Medicare, Social Security, and The Special Olympics, ensuring equitable access and support.
- Reinstate access to life-saving medicines, vaccines, and reproductive rights, including safe abortions.
- Confront and address mental health concerns among national leaders, and hold accountable any illegal or unethical activities.
