For a members lead coalition " Constitution And By-Laws" committee to be setup.

That the proposed Constitution and By-Laws be set aside and used as a framework.
That we the members setup the Constitution and By-Laws committee.
That the committee not include the include the transitional team but we welcome their input.
That the committee pledge to work with the Transitional Committee to determine minimum staffing levels for site/ mission of the Union Council.
That the upcoming election should be postponed until the Constitution and By-Laws define the various roles and function in the union.
We request one of the two councils that worked to help setup the MUHC after their merger.
