End trauma, death and run away animals, during the Fourth of July firework display. Now!

I work with animals, and keep hearing and experiencing them being traumatized every year by July 4th fireworks. It's the biggest day for animals to run away from home, not to mention the wild animals, and the death and trauma they experience every year from this senseless act. It hurts, kills, unearths, and is so unessicary. I propose having a night of art, music and community instead. That we put our money toward something that needs to be done in our community.
