Parking Permit Petition on Crescent Heights-Stop Unauthorized Street Parking

In recent months the abuse of unpermitted street parking of construction, visitor, residents and businesses on the Crescent Heights north of Pico and South of Olympic in the historic South Carthay neighborhood has become a safety issue for local families who own and rent in the area. With ongoing construction on Crescent Heights for the Metro system this has compounded the parking and safety issue. Local residents would like to have restricted and permit parking on Crescent Heights to help mitigate traffic and safety in preserving the historic integrity of the neighborhood.
