Demand to Abolish the Wait for Erasing your Criminal Record!

Many complain about ex-convicts and the fact that they dont do anything but go back to the "streets," however, if they could get jobs, many would. Many people I know need jobs but cannot get them due to their background, which every job now checks, most of them are denied for their criminal history, even if they served their time for whatever it was for or if it was for a small matter. If the people who have a criminal background could clear their record within 1 month after their release, there would be less crime and there would be less reappearances in jail of these released men and women because they could get legal jobs with good pay.
