public school system should be rated like restaurants

FLORIDA'S Public schools should be rated like restaurants because it is legal to cheat teachers out of their retirement money, set teachers up to be fired, bullies are allowed to stay in a classroom for at least 6 months, lie / cover up fraudulent documents to I R S, SS and Florida Retirement System!
