Abolish the constitutional right to bear arms

Today a third student has died as a result of a shooting incident in Chardon, Ohio, USA. The right to bear arms was made part of the US Constitution in very different days days from today. A citizen's militia is no longer required. Therefore to prevent more tragedies, the USA should strike this clause from its constitution. Before we have yet another mass murder.
