Save Tasha

Tasha is a harmless family member (notice i didn't say pet ). She deserves to stay in her home with her family. Tasha's family has opened their yard and hearts to locals, they have educated and allowed people and families to share a snack with Tasha the pig. Tasha first became famous on a city Facebook page, her family praying that was a good thing never imagined it would turn to this.
Tasha is facing eviction. In a letter from the City of Joliet, Tasha's family is now subject to a fine up to $750 per day until she is removed. We can't let that happen. Tasha is a family member not a farm animal. She is fixed and her family has no plans of eating her. Which makes her a pet not a farm animal.
I ask that we all unite and come together in a fight to keep this beloved family member, Tasha right where she belongs.. In her home on her bed,with her family. Home is where Tasha knows she is safe,loved and needed. Tasha is not a "pet" Tasha is a best friend,a member of the family. Tasha needs her family as much as her family needs her. Tasha's mom has had her fair share or struggles and hard balls thrown at her in life,but has ease and piece of mind when home with her best friend.(Tasha) Pigs have this amazing ability to comfort, looking into a pigs eyes is much like the eyes of a human. You see love, you feel love, you receive love. Please help us fight this battle, please help us keep this family together.
We are asking for help one last time. You were all amazing , and we have ran into a hard time. As it is hard to ask for financial help , we don't know where else to turn. We all fought so hard to get Tasha to stay in her home once I hope maybe again some can help. Wevthank you for taking the time to view this, God bless.
