SEWERS ARE POLLUTERS

Welcome.    All Charlotte County FL property owners ( septic or sewered ) are invited to sign this petition to the Charlotte County commissioners.  These five people have decided that we need sewers throughout the county.  From the holy Bible to the Boy Scout handbook, they all say " dig a hole".

There is no technology to take care of and remove bacteria,  viruses, medical waste, and, hormones from effluent sewage.  It is a health hazard wherever they are currently pumping and dumping it.

They are creating another Murdoch village when unimproved lot owners decide to let the county have their lots back for taxes, because they are no longer a good investment.  And we will be paying for sewers for the rest of our lives with the commissioners having the ability to raise MSBU fees at their leisure.

Please pass the word to all your friends and neighbors, so that we have enough signatures to present to the Commissioners before they vote for the next MSBU rate.

We, the undersigned, demand that you stop spending our tax dollars on the engineering and preparation involved in forcing sewers on the landowners of Charlotte County.

We consider sewers and their effluent environmentally hazardous, not only to our surrounding waters but to us humans.  You will be creating a financial hardship for many, when septic systems are more economical, healthier, and easier to maintain without the risk of thousands of gallons infecting our environment.
