This is outrageous!!!! Animals shouldn't pay for human mistakes, thus those babies should be saved and transferred elsewhere!!
Zimbabwe's government has to find the resources to do that and bring EVERYONE responsible to justice!

Mistaken Identity - Jericho is in fact alive and well and has adopted Cecil's cubs. We were given 3 separate confirmed reports last night that is was Jericho. We could not reach the research station in Hwange to verify if Jericho was indeed alive after they reported that they were receiving signal from his collar. (c) ZCTF !!!!

Wonderful news (ain't published yet) from Zimbabwe Conservation task force http://www.zctfofficialsite.org/ - I have been told this morning by the investigator that Jericho seems to have accepted the cubs! (c) It's no guarantee, they should be legally safe, but there is a great chance we already won this! #happy

We got over 5,200 signatures, incredible! We need to get all the respectable organizations involved, so that our victory would be assured! With your thoughts expressed in the comments I'm preparing several letters to the national park and other organizations. If you can do the same, help is definitely welcome!
