Demand prisons open for visitation

It has been over a year since prisons shut down visitation due to the pandemic. Now everything is back open, bit prisons are still closed, and no one seems to know anything. My son is doing a 7 year sentence, he is 23 years old. Our visits are vital for both of our mental health. Lately he struggles and reaches out for help via email and the only thing I know is visits are so very important for inmates because they are going to lose hope with no outside, loving contact from their families and spouses.
