With the drastic increase in heroin related deaths and crimes in the Potomac Highlands Area of WV (Mineral, Hampshire, Grant, Hardy, Pocahontas, Randolph, Tucker, and Pendleton Counties), the people are demanding that the state provide resources to combat this epidemic. An all encompassing rehabilitation and recovery center is desperately needed, to assist those suffering from heroin addction, which is plagueing our area. Citzens of these counties want to take back their communities and restore them to the friendly and safe small town environments that they once had. Fighting the addiction, will assist in pushing out the dealers!
